The Engineering
Pathway
This pathway is designed for engineering graduates and diploma holders who want to build a long-term career in Japan. Students undergo structured Japanese language training online from India, followed by technical and HR evaluations conducted directly by Japanese companies. Once shortlisted, they receive conditional job offers and can then proceed with their travel arrangements to Japan, where they begin their employment and continue advancing their language skills.

The SSW
Pathway
This pathway is designed for candidates seeking structured, government-approved employment in Japan under the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) framework.
The program is completed entirely in India and integrates Japanese language training, sector-specific skill preparation, and workplace readiness to ensure candidates are fully prepared before departure to Japan.

LANGUAGE TRAINING
Begin structured Japanese language training in India, progressing from foundational levels (N5 & N4) to the integrated N3 phase. Training focuses on workplace communication, safety instructions, polite speech, and professional etiquette aligned with Japanese work culture.

SSW TRAINING & HR EVALUATION
During the N3 phase, candidates undergo parallel sector-specific training and SSW exam preparation conducted by designated Japanese skill education and HR companies. This includes role-specific skills, behavioural orientation, and HR interview readiness.

SSW EXAM, INTERVIEWS & JOB OFFER
Candidates appear for the required Japanese language exams and sector-specific SSW skill examinations in India. Upon successful clearance and HR interviews, candidates receive official job offer letters outlining role details, salary ranges, and employer information.

TRAVEL TO JAPAN & START YOUR CAREER
Visa documentation and Certificate of Eligibility (COE) processes are completed after job confirmation. Candidates continue language training until departure, ensuring strong communication skills and smooth workplace integration upon arrival in Japan.

The Caregiver
Pathway
This pathway is designed for candidates aspiring to build a long-term caregiving career in Japan, through structured language training, professional caregiver preparation, and compliant workforce integration under Japan’s regulated frameworks.
Candidates progress through Japanese language training in India, followed by caregiver-specific qualification and placement, ensuring readiness for employment and cultural integration.

LANGUAGE TRAINING
Begin structured Japanese language training (N5 → N4 → N3), delivered online through a blended model involving Japanese and Indian instructors. This phase builds the communication foundation required for caregiving, workplace etiquette, and daily life in Japan.
CARE GIVER SKILLS & SSW PREPARATION
From the N4 stage onward, candidates undergo parallel caregiver-oriented training aligned with the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW – Caregiver) category. Training is coordinated with designated Japanese HR companies.
CERTIFICATION, JOB OFFER & PRE-DEPARTURE
Candidates are required to successfully clear the SSW Caregiver Category Examination before travel. Upon qualification, candidates receive a conditional job offer and complete documentation, visa processing, and pre-departure formalities to ensure a smooth transition.
TRAVEL TO JAPAN & START YOUR CAREER
Travel to Japan, complete institutional onboarding, and begin employment at approved caregiving facilities. Candidates continue to improve language proficiency, adapt to Japanese workplace systems, and progress toward long-term career stability.

The Culinary Arts
Pathway
This pathway is designed for students who want to build a long-term career in Japan’s culinary and hospitality sector. Students begin with structured Japanese language training online from India, followed by interviews conducted directly by Japanese culinary institutes. After finishing their language studies, they travel to Japan to study in either a one-year or two-year program, both of which include a paid part-time job during the course and direct job placement after graduation.
