Refund Policy
In the event of a student’s visa rejection or interview failure, the application shall be deferred to the next available intake without any additional service charges, subject to institutional approval.
Only if the student is unable to proceed with the deferred intake, the service charges and any tuition fees paid to the university/institution shall be refundable [in accordance with the university/institution's policies].
However, any expenses already incurred, including but not limited to registration charges, Japanese language training fees, documentation costs, and translation or attestation charges, shall be strictly non-refundable.
